With the aggravation of urban congestion,public transport,as a green way of travel,is getting more and more attention.At present,the hardware facilities of public transport have been gradually improved,and the modernization of public transport vehicles,stops and other facilities has been significantly improved.However,there is no attention to the software facilities of the public transport service,that is,the level of public transport service.There are still some problems and problems such as slow bus speed and incorrect arrival of buses.Only by analyzing the process of public transportation,analyzing and solving the problems in the operation of public transportation,we can improve the service level of public transportation,improve the competitiveness of public transportation,attract more citizens to use public transportation,improve the urban construction and alleviate the problem of urban congestion.Therefore,this paper proposes a bus stop operation management method to optimize the bus process and improve the service level of public transport.This paper takes bus rapid transit as the research object,in order to improve the service level of the bus,taking the bus no waiting through the intersection as the control strategy,taking the bus speed and the waiting time of the stop station as the main adjustment method,the signal phase is a reserve plan.to establish the theory and prescription of the non stop operation management of the bus rapid transit intersection.The method is selected,and the BRT1 line of Ji'nan is selected as the optimization object.The method is analyzed and optimized,and the accuracy of the non stop operation management method of the rapid transit intersection is tested.The main achievements of this paper include the following aspects:First of all,we need to determine the necessity of non-stop operation management at BRT.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the delay in the process of public transportation,this paper puts forward the concept of the non stop operation management of the bus rapid transit intersection,compares it with the bus signal priority control strategy,and compares the theory of the non stop operation management theory of the rapid transit intersection with the non stop running management theory of the bus rapid transit intersection,and analyzes the theory of it.According to their advantages and disadvantages,it is found that the bus stop operation management method is more widely oriented,so that each bus does not wait for the intersection.And because it aims to realize its goal by adjusting the bus speed and the waiting time of the stop station,it has little influence on the social vehicle,and it will not cause the problem of disorderly signal because of all the buses in all directions.However,it requires vehicle road coordination technology,which is more intelligent for intersection and bus drivers.Secondly,this paper establishes a non-stop management method of BRT intersection.In the case of other factors,the signal phase prediction model of the bus intersection is established.The signal phase of the bus arriving at the intersection is calculated by the adjustment of the bus speed and the waiting time of the stop station.On this basis,the public transport service level is introduced as another factor of judgment,and the method of non stop operation management of Bus Rapid Transit intersection based on public transportation service evaluation system is established.Through the prediction of the signal phase when the bus arrives at the intersection,the feasible bus speed range is obtained,and different schemes are determined.Then the public transport service level is evaluated,and the plan of the highest overall service level is selected as the bus adjustment scheme to meet the objectives set by the method.On the basis of this,the management model of non stop operation is established,and then the possible situation of public transportation in the reality is enumerated and analyzed,and the non stop management method is used to adjust it.Finally,the accuracy of the bus stop intersection management method is tested.Taking the BRT1 line of Ji'nan as an example,this paper analyzes its present situation and optimizes its use of non stop operation management.It is found that the management method proposed in this paper can achieve the goal proposed in this paper.Although the bus speed decreases slightly after using this management method,this method can effectively improve the stationarity and reliability of public transport.The decline is due to the occurrence of 3 vehicles in the bus fleet collected on line BRT1.In the non stop operation management,the speed of the 3 cars is slowed down,thus the average travel speed is slightly reduced,but a slight decrease in speed is acceptable compared with the improved stability and reliability.Therefore,this method is of great significance for improving the competitiveness of public transport and alleviating the problem of urban congestion.
