As the increasing demand of automobile comfort,together with the each country putting forward higher request in environmental protection,automobile manufactures should always focuses their research on noise vibration of the vehicle.As we all know,automobile clutch is an very important part of transmission system.In addition to serving as the transmission and cutting off of engine power,automobile clutch also can insulate vibration and noise when engine have periodic twisting vibration,which will have impact on the NVH of the whole vehicle.With the increasing demand of automobile clutch market,the reasonable choice for the clutch driven disc torsion damper stiffness and damp is the key to vibrate and reduce the noise.Combined with an enterprise's actual development project of clutch in Chongqing,this paper optimizes a type of mini vehicle which adopt this clutch before its mass production.This paper puts forward three points.First,building the dynamic model of the power transmission system and analysis the characteristics of the power transmission system and the clutch torsional vibration.Second,establishing test platform to identify fault information.Third,completing the optimization matching and verification of clutch parameters.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of the torsional vibration of the power transmission system in the whole word and the key problems of ameliorating the torsional vibration and noise.Furthermore,this paper also explains the significance of optimize clutch match.Secondly,this paper builds the dynamic model of the power transmission system under idling and driving conditions,which analyzes the torsional characteristics of the power transmission system.This paper also introduces the structure and working principle of the clutch,and analyzes the characteristics of torsional vibration of the clutch.Then,according to the feedback of fault information,this paper sets up relevant test platform to identify fault information.Finally,based on the analysis of test data,a result that the clutch fails to play an effective vibration isolation during acceleration is obtained.By optimizing the clutch parameters,the torsional vibration and noise of the power transmission system are effectively reduced,which have improved the NVH of the whole vehicle.Proceeding from the torsional vibration characteristics of transmission system,this paper analyzes the effect of the clutch platen torsional vibration damper stiffness and damping on the torsional vibration of the system.By optimizing the parameters of torsional vibration damper,we can improve the harshness NVH problems,and it increases the competitive edge of product in market,also the optimizing can provide an important guiding role in design and development,and has research significance to achieve the expected purpose.
