Clutch is an important part in automotive transmission system,the structure characteristic and the development of it and drive train are closely related.In recent years,domestic clutch while developing rapidly,but compared with international industry,there is a larger gap,enterprise scale,domestic clutch factory scale is small,the bottom of the ability to resist risk,brand consciousness;Production equipment technology,the equipment and process of main clutch enterprise and international peers are similar,but the equipment level can not reach the international level of the industry,at the same time,the manufacturing process reliability,degree of automation and production efficiency is relatively poor,such as process equipment for the product guarantee ability is not strong,testing,testing equipment,precision is not enough oh,poor reliability and reproducibility;Technical ability,the domestic clutch manufacturer is lack of innovation ability,lack of products for the sustainable development of high technology content,the lack of advanced technology,research and development of the lack of money,manpower,backward research and test ability is weak.Clutch in the development and application of reverse shock absorber,in practice,but also because the corresponding influence parameters,development of high technical requirements,research and development costs,actual effect is not obvious and nearly stalled in the domestic development process,the current domestic automobile enterprises almost without any analysis.This article is based on the development and application of automobile clutch and torsional vibration damper,put forward the definition in the product development stage is the necessity and feasibility of torsional damper,using AVL EXCITE software Designer to build the whole drive train vibration analysis model of the power transmission system is divided into multiple focus on quality,adopt flexible connection assembly into a multibody dynamics model,based on the model,analysis the transmission under different nodes in the gear vibration modal,calculate the transmission of vibration energy and speed fluctuation,and clutch torsional vibration damper parameters definition.At the same time,through the vehicle carrying samples are real vehicle tests,using different types of sensor signal collection,analysis of all nodes under the different conditions of speed fluctuation and noise,used for physical confirm the effect of torsional vibration damper of the clutch,for the clutch and the torsional vibration damper is certain theoretical contributions to development.
