With the vigorous development of the global and China's liquefied natural gas(LNG)market,China's demand for LNG is increasing rapidly,with only about 38 million tons imported in 2017.China is expected to become the world's largest importer of natural gas(LNG+ pipeline imports)in 2019.In 2016,the 13 th Five-Year Plan for Energy Development clearly stated that during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the ratio of natural gas consumption to gravity would reach 10%.In 2017,the State Energy Administration also proposed that "by 2030,strive to increase the proportion of natural gas in primary energy consumption to about 15%.Thus,LNG will play an increasingly important role in the energy revolution of our country.Therefore,this paper focuses on the design and optimization of LNG gasification station.(1)This paper studies the characteristics of natural gas and LNG,expounds the general situation and types of LNG gasification station,analyses the process flow and main equipment of LNG gasification station,and preliminarily studies the basic requirements of LNG gasification station.(2)The basic design of LNG gasification station is studied in depth.Starting from the basic requirements of design scale and selection of design specifications,the calculation and optimization of equipment layout and pipeline layout of LNG gasification station are emphasized,and the process design is optimized on the premise of ensuring safe spacing.(3)According to the equipment characteristics of LNG gasification station,the main equipment such as cryogenic storage tank,self-pressurized storage tank gasifier,unloading pressurized gasifier,BOG air-temperature heater,water-bath natural gas heater,valve,pipe material and other auxiliary material equipment are optimized and designed.The equipment selection is improved and the installation is upgraded.The utilization ratio is saved,and the equipment cost is saved.(4)From the point of view of construction,installation and operation and maintenance in the later stage,the problems in material and equipment,installation,welding and operation are further put forward,and relevant management suggestions are put forward.Finally,from the point of view of technology and management,the paper puts forward suggestions for design optimization.Through the research of this paper,the design level of LNG gasification station process and equipment selection has been improved,the process layout has been optimized,the equipment utilization efficiency has been improved,which has good economic and environmental benefits,and has a good guiding role for the design and construction of LNG gasification station.
