China is an energy powerhouse,and building energy efficiency is relatively backward.At present,countries attach great importance to building energy conservation,and building energy conservation in our country cannot lag behind.China's building energy-saving renovation has been developed for some time,and practice has also been carried out in some places.In order to explore the development direction of building energy conservation in China in the future,this paper will study how the energy saving effects of different energy saving measures are.Generally,before the energy-saving renovation,calculation exercises and simulations will be carried out to predict the effect of the transformation.This theoretical method is widely used in practical engineering,but few scholars compare it with the measured results,analyze the calculation exercises and the guidance of the simulation to the project significance.This paper will explore the difference between the simulation and actual measurement results of the old district energy-saving renovation measures.The second chapter of the thesis takes an old district in Shandong as the research object,firstly investigates the current situation before the transformation of the old community to be transformed,and transforms the demand;The current building energy-saving retrofit method,transformation technology,analysis of the transformation method applicable to the old residential quarters in Shandong,respectively,is to carry out the transformation of the envelope structure(including the outer wall,the outer window and the roof)and the temperature control transformation of the heating system.After the brief introduction of the simulation software in Chapter 3,the DeST-h simulation software is selected to calculate the load of the renovation project of an old residential district in Shandong.The boundary conditions are set according to the energy-saving renovation plan in Chapter 2,and different transformation measures are obtained.Theoretical energy saving rate.Finally,Chapter 4 selects the project of different transformation measures in an old residential district in Shandong,and obtains the heat consumption through the measured data,and analyzes the energy saving rate of different reform measures.By comparing the energy saving rate of the energy-saving retrofit measures of software simulation and measured data,the results show that different renovation measures have different impacts on the building energy-saving rate,and the reconstruction of the envelope structure(wall reconstruction and window modification)has a greater energy saving rate for the building.Impact: After the enclosure structure achieves a high thermal insulation effect,the indoor temperature control system is modified,and the indoor free heat can be used to further achieve the energy saving effect.The renovation of the building heating system is not a simple technical accumulation.Whether it is to renovate the external protection structure or to modify the system to increase the heat metering device,the original pipeline hydraulic balance is broken,and the calculation and adjustment needs to be re-implemented.The effect of energy-saving renovation.
