With the vigorous promotion of LNG application in China,the small LNG supply system is playing a more and more important role in areas where pipeline gas has not reached.With the increase of application,the drawbacks of non-standard design,non-uniform equipment selection and different operation processes are also hindering the small LNG supply system in the whole country.Rapid development within the scope.Starting from LNG storage equipment,it is of great practical significance to study the serialization of small LNG supply system,rationally optimize and try to unify the operation process and reduce BOG emissions.Based on the application of small LNG supply system and data analysis,this paper compares and studies the gas load characteristics of urban residential users and rural residential users.By using the heat consumption index of different users,the air load in heating season is estimated,and the maximum and range of daily gas consumption of rural residents are calculated by using the method of non-uniform coefficient,and the hourly gas consumption of rural residents is calculated by using the method of simultaneous working coefficient.Based on the research and analysis of equipment price,transportation cost,gas storage days and other related information,the most suitable storage equipment selection schemes under different gas demand are concluded.An empirical formula for calculating the average daily cost of optimum cylinder type selection is established considering all kinds of foreseeable costs.The causes of BOG are analyzed.Because of the low temperature characteristics of LNG,BOG produced by heat exchange between storage equipment and environment is unavoidable,and BOG produced by self-pressurized unloading process and discontinuous gas supply is also difficult to eliminate.In this paper,through the optimization design of process flow and the rational use of air temperature gasifier,a suitable method for the rational use of BOG in small natural gas supply system is proposed.The research results and the method proposed in this paper are applied to a practical project and verified.It shows that the method has applicability in practical application.In this paper,the application of this project is introduced and analyzed to provide reference for practical projects.
