In the process of the actual product transportation,the enterprise usually to improve the vehicle turnover efficiency through the goods stacking form,reduce business costs.But because of the complexity of transport packaging system stacking itself,so that in the transportation process the product often falls,damages and even destroyed,resulting in unnecessary losses.In view of this,this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of several factors that may cause damage to the goods transportation and random vibration,thus determine the stacking height,different surface roughness and different speed and different packaging have obvious influence on the vibration transportation situation.Taking transport packaging dynamics as the breakthrough point,some theoretical discussions were carried out,which laid a certain theoretical foundation for further experiments in the future.The last part is the test and result analysis.In this paper,the method of combining software simulation and actual test is used to test.Modeling of vehicles and roads and goods by ADAMS software,then the simulation of different stacking height,pavement and the driving speed of the goods under the dynamic response characteristics,the vibration acceleration curve analysis for each test condition of the goods,the larger effect of obstacles on the road transportation vibration is especially obvious.The other is the selection of several typical cushioning packaging,the goods for the actual vehicle transport loading,using the actual acceleration test instrument to collect different buffer packaging under the vibration acceleration of goods transport situation.The results show that the cushioning performance of air cushion film and foam plastic is better than that of corrugated box and honeycomb paperboard.In this paper,different research methods are formulated according to different influencing factors to make the conclusion more convincing.
