As a practical and widely applied engineering technology,grouting has been developed and applied in the engineering practice?The final effect of grouting is largely determined by the irritability of strata and the irritability of grouting materials?For fully weathered granite formation,due to the uncontrollability of localized ramming and cracking of small stress planes in the process of grouting,and poor filling of small pores in soft structures,the final grouting effect is very poor?Therefore,the choice of grouting material is particularly important for such formations?At present,there are many researches on grouting materials,but there are few researches on grouting materials for the fully weathered granite formation?In this paper,we study the fillable materials and applicability of the fully weathered granite information,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)The best epoxy components and the epoxy glue content of chemical cement composite pulp were studied?Sand and soil were used as the irrigated body,mixed with epoxy cement composite slurry to analyze the effect of cement cement ratio on the compressive strength of chemical cement composite slurry,and optimized the optimum water cement ratio?Through a series of unconfined compressive strength test and epoxy precipitation test of pure pulp specimens,the optimum epoxy components and the epoxy glue content were selected?(2)The optimum ratio of the wet-grinded clay cement was studied?Through a series of tests,the influence of the proportion of clay slurry and the water-solid ratio of the slurry on the compressive strength,initial setting time,the rate of water extraction and the fluidity of the wet-grinded clay cement were analyzed?The clay cement slurry was wet grinding by colloid mill.And the initial setting time,water rate and flow rate were reduced correspondingly,and the stability of the slurry was increased.The optimum ratio of each performance was optimized?(3)The applicability of wet-grinded clay cement in a fully weathered granite formation was studied?The correlation formula was used to analyze the grain size of the granite stratum in Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan,and the irrigability of the stratum was evaluated?Through indoor grouting simulation tests,the effects of different slurry on the grouting effect of fully weathered granite strata were studied?According to different grouting process,suitable grouting parameters were adopted to evaluate the grouting effect of different slurry,and the applicability of wet-grinded clay cement was verified?The related formulae were used to evaluate the irrigability of the slurry,and the quantitative classification and applicable process of the potable slurry for the fully weathered granite formation in the Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan Province were obtained,which also has reference significance for the similar strata grouting?There are many researches on grouting materials,but there are few studies on grouting materials with poor irrigation ability?The grouting materials studied in this paper need to carry out engineering application research in the next step,and test its field effect?...
