Since the 21st century,Chinese economic construction has been developing at a high speed.The construction scale of foundation treatment project is increasing day by day.However,China has a vast territory and complex engineering hydrogeology,so it is generally involved acrossing the water-rich pore formation in the construction of some major projects such as power station,mine,highway and railway.The geological structure of water-rich pore formation is loose and uneven,and the formation often contains geological characteristics such as large pore,movement of water and filling body.(For example:medium and coarse sand,sand and gravel,fault joint fracture development,karst development and other stratum).In allusion to the high water pressure,stress dissonance,poor cementation of water-rich pore formation characteristics,the grouting method is often used for filling and anti-seepage reinforcement,so as to improve the physical properties and permeability of rock soil.According to a large number of engineering practice experience,the selection of grouting process and grouting material is single and the grouting effect is general.And because the grouting project has certain concealment,the theory of grouting is not adaptable to engineering.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out further research on the grouting technology of water-rich pore formation.Based on the engineering hydrogeological characteristics of the water-rich pore formation,this paper studies the existing grouting process and grouting materials in the water-rich pore formation,and the appropriate curtain formation theory after gouting.In the meantime,two new controllable grouting materials are developed for the anti-seepage and reinforcement of water-rich pore formation,and a series of researches on the properties and influencing factors of the materials are carried out.The feasibility of the new grouting material in engineering and economy is analyzed by using in two grouting projects in hunan province.The main achievements are as follows:(1)Combined with our country about the engineering geological disasters and grouting construction case of water-rich pore formation in recent years,The common bad geological hydrological characteristics and common grouting process,materials and theory are analyzed.For the anti-seepage and reinforcement projects of water-rich pore formation as an example,this paper summarizes the existing grouting theory,grouting material and process,put forward the suitable grouting design schemes,and analyzes the mechanism of formation of the grouting curtain.(2)Using cement,sand,clay,curing agent,four kinds of raw materials,through the orthogonal design tests of long period large sample chamber,two kinds of new controllable grouting materials suitable for the anti-seepage aformation are developed,the cement sand paste-slurry and clay cement sand paste-slurry.In nd reinforcement of water-rich pore different mixing amount of sand and curing agent,a series of laboratory tests are carried out about two kinds of new grouting materials' stability,controllable,anti-impact release performance,stone body properties,and the change of material performance are studied.(3)Adding different amount of sand content and curing agents in the composite slurry to explore the significant correlation between the main components and curing age of the new grouting materials and the effect of the pulp materials properties.Two new controllable grouting materials are obtained with the optimal combination ratio of optimal performance,and the dynamic controllable adjustable of pulp and cementing properties can be realized,providing reliable guidance for engineering practice(4)New controllable grouting materials are used successfully in two grouting projects in hunan province,and combined with the later examination effect of grouting.The feasibility of new grouting material in engineering technology,treatment effect and economic benefit is demonstrated.
