Research On The Strength And Fatigue Performance Of Cement Stabilzed Subbase Course Materials

Phosphorus slag is the industrial by-products of yellow phosphorus,phosphate rock resources is rich in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan provinces,producing 1 tons of yellow phosphorus is produced 8-10 tons of phosphorus slag.Piling up of phosphorus slag not only need to occupy large tracts of land,dust phosphorus slag produced will also cause the PM 10 pollution in the air,phosphate and fluoride and other harmful substances will be underground with rainwater infiltration,resulting in land and groundwater pollution,and cause serious impact on the lives of local production.Therefore,the research and development of phosphorus slag powder in asphalt mixture has very important realistic meaning to our country environmental protection and energy crisis in China.First,access to relevant information literature,learn about the domestic and international research status on the application of phosphorous slag,and through the SEM method determined phosphorus slag powder appearance and its chemical composition,and found that the chemical composition of phosphorus slag and natural lake asphalt or rock composition of ash content in asphalt,and the ash content is the main source of its performance advantages.This paper put forward the idea,use the modern milling equipment to the preparation of the phosphorus slag into ultrafine powder,add it to the asphalt,is expected to develop artificial lake asphalt and rock asphalt,effectively improve the performance of asphalt mixture.This paper studies the preparation of phosphorous slag powder asphalt,the fine grinding of phosphorus slag powder with different dosage of join the AH-70 asphalt matrix,by SHRP test method for detection of asphalt high-temperature rutting resistance,medium temperature fatigue resistance and low temperature crack resistance.For further evaluation of phosphorus slag powder asphalt performance,using infrared spectrometry microstructure characteristics of phosphorus slag powder asphalt,to explore the phosphorus slag powder to the effect of matrix asphalt.Finally,though the phosphorus slag powder asphalt mixture ratio design,Marshall test,rutting test and freeze-thaw splitting test performance index of test to evaluate phosphorus slag powder on the properties of asphalt mixture pavement.The results show that phosphorous slag powder can improve the high temperature of asphalt base asphalt mixture anti-rutting performance,the specific surface area of 5.6 m2/g ratio of phosphorus slag powder content to 10%have the most obvious effect,little impact on the stability of water,immersion Marshall stability improved obviously,but the splitting strength ratio is reduced.This article research results help to promote phosphorus slag powder micro powder asphalt and its mixture technology progress of scientific research,provide the basis for the application of the phosphorus slag.
