In view of the traditional ultrasonic piezoelectric ceramic driving power,the power and frequency adjustment of the driving power are inconvenient.A digital variable frequency drive circuit for ultrasonic piezoelectric ceramic based on ARM+FPGA is developed.The scheme uses FPGA to produce PWM waves with dead zone.The frequency and dead time can be adjusted independently,and the frequency band is the square wave signal in the ultrasonic region.Using a dedicated bootstrap drive chip to drive high-power IGBT components.The power drive circuit adopts the H bridge topology.Transformer voltage and power output by using transformer.Then the filter capacitor filter is used.The sine wave driving signal needed for ultrasonic piezoelectric ceramics is obtained.It ensures that the digital frequency conversion drive circuit has adjustable frequency and adjustable voltage.The main tasks include:1)Scheme design of piezoelectric ceramic digital frequency conversion drive.It mainly includes:main controller module unit,power module unit,communication module unit and display module unit.By taking ARM,FPGA and analog electronic technology as the theoretical basis,the piezoelectric ceramic digital frequency conversion drive circuit is designed and realized,and the ultrasonic piezoelectric ceramic driving system with the output current and frequency adjustable,or the voltage and power change can be realized.2)system hardware design.The main part of the ultrasonic piezoelectric ceramic drive system is piezoelectric ceramic control panel and piezoelectric ceramic driving plate.The ultrasonic piezoceramic drive system,the hardware part mainly is the circuit design of the piezoelectric ceramic control board and the piezoelectric ceramic drive board,including the CPU+FPGA circuit,the optocoupler isolation circuit,the IR2136S bootstrap boost circuit,the H bridge circuit of IGBT,the AD acquisition circuit,the LCD display circuit,the filter and so on.3)ARM+FPGA embedded software design.It is divided into ARM-CPU programming and FPGA hardware description language.The ARM program uses the KEIL C language,including the human-computer interaction program,the SPI communication program,the A/D acquisition program,the control program and so on.The program design of FPGA includes PWM wave output,SPI communication,and crystal oscillator frequency doubling design,etc.The experimental results show that:The digital output of ultrasonic piezoelectric ceramics can be achieved by the combination of ARM and FPGA.An adjustable PWM wave in the birth and death region,Automatic detection,control of output current and frequency.It has some practical value in industrial cleaning,industrial welding,metal processing and other fields.
