With the gradual application of the wet clutch,the research of torque in the process of wet clutch engagement has an important impact on the design and practical application of wet clutch.In this paper,the wet clutch of a tracked vehicle in the inertia load friction parts test-bed project of school-enterprise combination is taken as the research object,and the torque characteristics of wet clutch engagement process are analyzed and studied through theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and test methods.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter 1 mainly introduces the research background and significance of this topic,and briefly analyses the wet clutch and its advantages and disadvantages.Then,according to the engagement characteristics of wet clutch,some research status of the engagement process of wet clutch at home and abroad is summarized.Chapter 2 mainly carries out theoretical analysis and CAD modeling of the engagement process.Firstly,the engagement process is divided into three stages according to the contact state of friction pairs in the engagement process,namely, extrusion stage,compression stage and rough contact stage.Then,the fluid and friction pair states in each stage are analyzed and judged.Then,through the fluid dynamics equation,the friction law equation in the fluid and the traditional strip,the viscous torque model in the extrusion stage of the jointing process is established.The contact model of the micro-convex body in the compression stage and rough contact stage of the jointing process is established by using the principle of friction dynamics.The oil film thickness change equation is summarized by combining the load force model.Finally,the speed change equation is obtained by using the transfer torque model.Chapter 3 is on the basis of the theoretical mathematical model established in Chapter 2,synthesizes the models of each stage of clutch engagement process, establishes the torque model of the engagement process,simulates and calculates the engagement process of wet clutch through LabVIEW software,simulates and analyses some dimensionless parameters established in the engagement process of wet clutch,and finally simulates and analyses the change of the torque in the engagement process.Chapter 4 uses LabVIEW software to analyze the engagement process of wet clutch by changing the variables in the engagement process.mainly analyses the influence of controlling the oil pressure,speed difference and flow rate on the torque of different engagement stages.Chapter 5 is based on the inertial load friction parts test-bed,introduces in detail the main hardware and software design of the test-bed,including AKH motor,ABB converter,PLC programmable controller,monitoring system,data acquisition system and LabVIEW software system.Then,the test is carried out by combining the theoretical analysis and simulation results of the previous chapters,and the comparison between the test results and simulation results is made.The correctness of theoretical analysis and simulation results is proved.Finally,the difference between theoretical analysis and experimental test is deeply studied. |
