With the acceleration of urbanization and the rising price of urban land in China,building high-rise buildings has become an effective way to alleviate the pressure of rising house prices.Therefore,the market demand for high-speed elevators matched with high-rise buildings has gradually increased.However,due to the influence of aerodynamic noise,aerodynamic resistance and other factors during the operation of high-speed elevators,the ride comfort of high-speed elevators becomes worse and worse with the increase of elevator speed,And the current evaluation methods of elevator ride performance cannot truly reflect the subjective image of passengers.Aiming at the above problems,this paper analyses the aerodynamic performance of high-speed elevator’s outer streamline,puts forward an optimal design method of reducing drag and noise based on free deformation technology,and a neurocognitive evaluation method of high-speed elevator’s ride performance based on perceptual image,and applies it to the research and design of HDK10 elevator.The main contents of this dissertation were summarized as follows:In the first chapter,the development status of high-speed elevators at home and abroad is analyzed,and the research status of high-speed elevator aerodynamic characteristics,aerodynamic noise and evaluation methods of high-speed elevator ride performance are summarized.The technical defects of domestic high-speed elevator industry are pointed out,and the organizational framework of this paper is introduced.In Chapter 2,aiming at the aerodynamic characteristics of high-speed elevators,a sub-grid Aerodynamic Numerical Model of high-speed elevators is established.Based on Lighthill-Curl similarity theory,a fluid noise model is established.In several typical cases,the aerodynamic characteristics of the outer edge streamline of high-speed elevator car are analyzed from the aspects of aerodynamic lift coefficient,energy loss and aerodynamic noise.According to the related theories,the generating mechanism and main influencing factors of aerodynamic power and aerodynamic noise of high-speed elevator are analyzed.In the third chapter,the streamline optimization design of the outer edge of high-speed elevator is carried out.Firstly,based on the free-form surface theory,the streamline free-form surface model of the outer edge of elevator car is established.As the initial base surface of optimization design,it overcomes the disadvantage of previous scholars that the parametric optimization process can only be optimized for a certain type of surface.An approximate streamline model of the outer edge of high-speed elevator based on radial basis function neural network is established,which improves the solving speed.Finally,this chapter solves the multi-objective optimization process based on niche genetic algorithm,and verifies the reliability of the method through relevant examples.In the fourth chapter,aiming at the problem that the passenger performance of high-speed elevator cannot meet the requirements of user evaluation,a passenger performance evaluation model of high-speed elevator based on perceptual image EEG signal is proposed.The real-time collected physiological signals of customers are taken as the main basis to verify the performance of products.The objective evaluation method and subjective evaluation results are used to evaluate the physiological signals of customers,which accurately and comprehensively reflect the customer’s perceptual image evaluation of the performance of customized products.This method is applied to the evaluation process of high-speed elevator ride performance.The passenger EEG signals collected during elevator operation are extracted and classified by wavelet packet decomposition and Stochastic Forest algorithm.The perceptual image evaluation model of high-speed elevator ride performance is established to quantify the passenger’s pleasure and comfort when using the product.In the fifth chapter,based on the analysis method,optimization design method and passenger performance evaluation method of high-speed elevator outer streamline proposed in this paper,combined with the cooperative enterprise high-speed elevator research and development project,the research and development results are applied to the enterprise high-speed elevator research and development process,to provide support for the enterprise high-speed elevator research and development.The sixth Chapter summarizes the research contents of this paper,and prospects the shortcomings and future research directions.
