Research On The Design Of The "Collect-Intellectual" City Science Park From The Perspective Of New Urbanism

With the development of World Economic Integration,the upgrading of industrial structure transformation and the aggravation of international competition,all countries around the world give a high degree attention to the talents cultivation,industrial innovation and the development of the innovation models.As the incubation platform and development space for gathering innovative talents and enterprises,and achieving the efficient transformation of scientific and technical payoffs into actual productivity,the High-tech Park has been greatly developed in the world.As a new type of High-tech Park to meet the need of the new era,the "collect-intellectual" city science park,which derives from the development of science and technology and innovation,is a major construction type of the High-tech Park construction stage in our country.Overall,the planning and construction of the "collect-intellectual" city science park is still in the beginning and exploring stage in China,there are many problems either from the macro or the micro level,such as the traffic organization is not refinement enough,the lack of "humane" spatial scales,the degree of functional recombination is relatively low,etc.Based on the above issues,this paper took the "collect-intellectual" city science park as research object,then summarized the state of its planning and construction in our country from the perspective of planning and design,and tried to put forward the method and strategy of its planning and design by using the experience of New urbanism.Combined with the analysis and interpretation of the practical cases in which the author participates in the design,this paper hopes to make a beneficial exploration on the planning and design of the "collect-intellectual" city science park in the current and future stages,so as to make it pay more attention to the quality of life in the park,to create an innovative space full of inspiration and vitality,and to make the park space really become the important carrier for science and technology,innovation,knowledge,economy and Humanism,at the same time,it seeks a new solution for the upgrading and transformation of the industrial structure in the new era.The paper is divided into seven chapters and three parts.The first,second,third chapter is the basic part of the paper,the main contents include the research background,purpose and significance,contents and methods,research framework,theoretical basis and related research collation,at the same time,this part discussed the related concepts of the industrial park,science park and the "collect-intellectual" city science park.The fourth,fifth,sixth chapter is the core part of the paper,it summarized the state of the "collect-intellectual" city science parks’ planning and construction in our country,and put forward the method and strategy of its planning and design by using the experience of New urbanism.The fourth chapter systematically studied the current situation of planning and construction of the "collect-intellectual" city science park in China,and pointed out the difficulties faced by the "collect-intellectual" city science park in the process of planning and construction.The fifth chapter elaborated the strategy and method of planning and design of the "collect-intellectual" city science park from the perspective of New urbanism.The sixth chapter analyzed and interpreted the planning project of Qingdao international academician innovative and creative center,and discussed the important guiding significance of New urbanism for the planning and construction of the "collect-intellectual" city science park,which provided the support of experience and practice for the theoretical research.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and expectation of the paper,on the basis of explaining the research conclusion of the paper,it put forward the expectation of the planning and design of the "collect-intellectual" city science park in the future.
