| Flying shears are widely used in machine tools,metallurgy,chemical,paper,textile,refrigeration,power,construction and other industries.Because of the action of flying shear movement,it does not need to stop the machine in the process of sheet cutting,so that the length of cutting and feeding speed can be modified according to customer requirements in the process of sheet cutting,so flying shear can improve the efficiency of sheet cutting.This design uses PLC to control the stepper motor,so that the sheet metal in the shearing process does not need to stop,the degree of automation and processing accuracy is relatively high,suitable for general industrial sheet metal cutting.The system adopts PWM variable voltage and frequency control technology to realize the stepping motor running at different speeds in different periods,which not only improves the working efficiency and control precision of the system,but also saves electric energy.The stepping motor is connected with the ball screw pair,and the rotation of the motor drives the operation of the ball screw pair,thus realizing the reciprocating movement of the worktable. |
