Heating furnace is commonly used in industrial heating equipment,and it occupies 10%-20%of the total energy consumption of industrial production.The thermal efficiency of heating directly affects the economic benefits of industrial production.In the background of severe energy situation,the problems of low heat efficiency of heating furnace and Serious waste of energy have become increasingly prominent.Under the premise of ensuring safe production,avoid energy waste is an important means to improve the economic efficiency.And heating furnace energy consumption has become the focus of attention.The heat efficiency of the heating furnace is concerned by every enterprise.Aiming at the heat efficiency of the heating furnace in the painting workshop,With the background of the regenerative heating furnace of the Dongfeng Nissan factory in Zhengzhou,In this paper,we design and build an automatic control system for the optimal combustion control of gas and the waste heat recovery and reuse of flue gas,regulating the combustion of regenerative heating furnace for saving,realizing the best air fuel ratio control of the heating furnace.In the meantime,we also recovery and reuse the waste heat of flue gas,realizing the automatic waste heat recovery,increasing the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace in the whole,so as to reduce the energy consumption.In this paper,we also Mechanism modeling for the system of flue gas waste heat recovery and air fuel ratio energy saving control system,simulating and analysing the control system with the Simulink toolbox in MATLAB.facing the problems,this paper present conversion control system based on water flow frequency and frequency conversion control system of air fuel ratio based on flue gas oxygen content.In the frequency conversion control system of air fuel ratio frequency conversion,the selection of fan is not reasonable and the control structure of the defects caused by the combustion process of flue gas oxygen content is too high,leading to a lot of heat being taken away.A frequency conversion control system based on the frequency conversion of air fuel ratio is put forward in this paper,adopted parameter adaptive of Fuzzy PID control algorithm.Facing the problem of excessive exhaust gas temperature in heating furnace,we design the flue gas waste heat recovery control system,the recycled heat energy applied to the workshop heating furnace.The overall transformation of heating furnace from combustion to flue gas,the heating efficiency of the heating furnace is obviously increased,received good energy efficiency and significant benefits.
