In recent years,with the development of the economy,the city simply supported the bridge also take a more important transport responsibility,but due to serious overloading of vehicles,floods and heavy rain,bridge disrepair,daily maintenance is not in place and other reasons causes such as accidents frequency,serious damage to people's travel safety.In order to make the bridge more durable and maintain a healthy condition,this thesis develops a Web-based bridge safety assessment management system for urban simple bridges.Because of the large uncertainties in the process of bridge evaluation,such as randomness and fuzziness,it is difficult to find out the relation of function mapping among multidimensional state parameters.To evaluate bridge's safety,fuzzy multilevel comprehensive e'valuation principle and variable weight algorithm are used in the thesis,the nonlinear problem of bridge's safety assessment is solved and the system is applied in the project of bridge safety monitoring in Sanlizhuang of Cangzhou City.The main work is as follows:First of all,on the basis of the analysis of the influence of defects and diseases on bridge safety,the index system of bridge's safety assessment is established.By analyzing the components and diseases of the bridge,the factors influencing the actual observation and evaluation are selected,and the various factors influencing the bridge safety are divided into several levels according to specific categories and the weight of each factor is determined,combined with city bridge maintenance specification divided the grade of bridge assessment.Secondly,on the basis of the above analysis,combined with the daily checking and regular inspection and strain sensor monitoring database to store data,using the Java language B/S structure of bridge safety assessment management system,create a static interactive page,write background business logic realize the data transmission of the front and the backstage,and combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and variable weight principle to achieve safety assessment was conducted to treat urban simply-supported bridge state function.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the system,the system is applied to the safety monitoring project of Sanlizhuang Bridge in Cangzhou City,the results of the evaluation are in accordance with the special inspection report of experts,verify the practicability of the system.However,to further improve the accuracy of the system assessment,it is necessary to enhance the monitoring of the bridge's carrying capacity,such as the deflection and crack indicators.
