With the development of science and technology,high-speed rail is running faster and faster,which put forward higher request to the brake system.High performance braking performance is the premise of the safe operation of the train.Because of the wide application of pneumatic system,the control precision and other problems still exist,exploring new research direction is of great significance to the safe operation of trains.Aiming at these problems,this paper mainly studies the performance of high speed train hydraulic brake system and brake system,the paper researches some key contents as following:(1)The hydraulic braking system of high speed train is designed andsimulated,an d the optimal scheme of the braking force is confirmed,which makes the system has a good dynamic performance.(2)A design of the anti-skid braking system for the anti-skid system of train highly nonlinear based on sliding mode variable structure,and exponential reaching law can eliminate the chattering.(3)Because a lot of friction heat is generated with the train braking,the distribution of temperature field and stress field of the brake is studied during the emergency braking.The results show that the friction surface of the brake disc is a high temperature zone and the thermal stress plays a leading role in the failure of the brake disc(4)In order to study the influence of resonance,the first 10 modal of brake disc and brake pad are analyzed,The structure of the brake disc is improved to avoid the modal frequency of the brake to reduce noise.(5)The test data under different test schemes are studied to obtain the relationship between braking speed,braking distance,braking time and braking distance.The results show that the design of the hydraulic brake system has good dynamic performance,the brake has good thermal connectivity and noise reduction,which meet the high speed train requirements and provide theoretical guidance for its application in practice.
