With the improvement of industrial production automation degree and the expansion of production scale,tension control plays a more and more important role,many industries also put forward higher requirements for tension control.As in the detonating tube production in the process of winding tension fluctuation and change will seriously affect the production,especially the addition of some new technology,puts forward higher and higher requirements for tension control.So,based on the study of detonating tube production line production process,especially for the study of tension control in detail.Detonating tube winding tension control object features of strong coupling of velocity and tension,interference is more,the dynamics model of the characteristics of big changes and detonating tube production line production process,there are many unpredictable factors influencing tension control.According to the simplified model of winding tension,winding machine speed,line speed of the winch is analyzed and the interrelation between the winding tension,puts forward the winch to qualify the speed difference between the winding machine speed and tension control method,and establishes the mathematical model of tension control object.After carefully studied all kinds of the principle of tension control system,finally determine the detonating tube control mode for the three-loop control of tension control system.In the study of production process and the winding machine,designed the current loop,speed loop and tensile ring three closed loop controller,and completed the establishment of the winding tension control system model.In view of the detonating tube production line the characteristics of the winding tension control system,further study of the structure and algorithm of fuzzy PID.Separately winding tension control system PID control and fuzzy PID control simulation,simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control system has better performance than traditional PID control,reduce the overshoot,improve the system anti-interference performance.Tension controller based on fuzzy PID,the winding tension control system were designed,the core of the control system of Siemens S7-1200 PLC,using DC motors as actuators,industrial touch screen as the upper machine,through the tension sensor real-time detection winding tension.In addition to the connection through the touch screen and PLC,can real-time monitoring the running state of the control system,fault alarm and reset,and various parameters can be modified online via a touch screen system,and transform the running state of the system.
