Study On Construction Schedule Management Of SG Biomass Energy Project

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been growing at a high speed,but the extensive growth mode of many enterprises is at the expense of the environment.At present,the environmental pollution in our country is very serious.With the development of the theory of scientific development,people become more and more aware of the construction Socialist harmonious society,to create a good living environment has become a top priority.In order to solve the contradiction between the serious increase of rubbish in the western area of Beijing and the shortage of existing waste disposal facilities,SG has undertaken the construction of Beijing SG Biomass Energy Project and the construction of a modern garbage treatment plant using the international advanced incineration technology.This paper will use the theory and idea of project schedule management to study the schedule management of SG biomass energy project,and discuss the application of project schedule management theory in the process of project management by analyzing the basic situation of the project.Firstly,the background and significance of SG biomass energy project are expounded.Secondly,the related theory of project schedule management used in this project is expounded.Then,the project goal,contents,characteristics and organization of the project are described.Then,when the SG biomass energy project schedule is worked out,the logical relationship is established on the basis of work breakdown,the responsibility distribution is determined,the network diagram is drawn,Finally,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the schedule of the project,uses the dynamic monitoring method to analyze the project schedule deviation and adopts the effective control measures to adjust the deviation of the project progress timely and make the project progress smoothly according to the plan.From the practice of this project,it is reasonable to make the schedule of the project and adopt the effective schedule control,which can promote the reasonable project and make the resource allocation to the best condition.At the same time,this paper summarizes the progress control methods of such projects in the process of research and provides practice basis and experience for the future biomass energy projects.Based on the study of SG company's biomass energy project progress management,the proposed schedule control method can realize the rational operation of biomass energy project and make the resource allocation to the best state.Has a certain relevance and guiding significance.It is hoped that the progress management theory and schedule control method used in this project will be of some reference to similar projects.
