With the rapid development of urbanization,the permeable pavement in cities of our country is gradually replaced and covered by impervious materials.When the rainstorm season comes,many cities are prone to urban waterlogging disasters due to the failure to drain a large amount of rainwater in time,which seriously affects people's quality of life and hinders the development of cities.How to solve the problem of urban waterlogging is very important for the future development of Chinese cities.At present,the construction of sponge city has achieved remarkable iresults,but its construction,late maintenance and management costs are too high,so the technology still needs to be improved.Aiming at the problem of urban waterlogging and the current construction technology of sponge city,this paper innovatively puts forward a new technology to solve urban waterlogging,that is,slow drain system after water collection.In this paper,through the experimental study on the drainage law and the control effect of roof rainwater runoff of the slow drain system after water collection,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The drainage law of slow drain system after water collection is studied by combining theory with experiment,and the results are as follows:1)the drainage law conforms to Torricelli's law;2)the different baffle thickness adopted in this experiment has little effect on the drainage process of slow drain system after water collection;3)By introducing a time-corrected parameter ? to modify Torricelli's law,a new formula(3-22)can be derived to accurately calculate and predict the actual drainage process.(2)Through the experimental method of simulated rainfall and natural rainfall,the control effect of the slow drain system after water collection on roof rainwater runoff is studied.The results are as follows:1)Under simulated rainfall conditions,the slow drain system after water collection has a certain delay effect on roof rainwater runoff and flood peak;the effect of weakening rainwater runoff flood peak is very good.Obviously,it can delay the discharge process of rainwater for a long time and low flow rate.2)Under the condition of natural rainfall,the control effect of the slow drain system after water collection on roof rainwater runoff is very obvious,and the method to solve the problem of roof rainwater is still feasible,which needs further research and use.
