With the development of social economy,the growth of GDP and per capita disposable income,as well as the improvement of living standard,China's automobile industry develop steadily.Nowadays,the automobile industry has become the important support and the critical pillar of the national economy.In recent years,the continuous integration of information communication and automobile industry,the rapid development of new energy and materials technology have also brought subversive changes to the traditional automobile industry.China's automobile industry has entered a strategic period of transformation and upgrading.How to grasp the opportunity and win the market share in the fierce market competition is a problem that Jiangling Motors Corportaion LTD must face and think about.In order to gain a cometitive advantage,this paper attempts to formulate a competitive strategy.Based on the theory of strategic research,this paper uses PEST analysis,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and other strategic management analysis tools to analyze the macro environment,the automobile industry environment and the environment of Jiangling Motor Corporation.This thesis point that Jiangling Motor Corporation has certain advantages in research and development,production capacity,quality management,and industrial supporting systems.However,at the same time,the company's small scale,low brand influence,and small market shares will also hinder the development of enterprises.Residents' income has grown steadily,automobile demand is strong,and national policy support has provided growth for the development of the automobile industry.Environmental pressure,energy constraints,and the continued strength of the RMB exchange rate have also had a certain impact on the rapid development of the automobile industry.By analyzing and matching Porter's three major competition strategies,Jiangling Motors Corporation should choose a centralized strategy.At the same time,according to Jiangling Motors' Corporation own resources and capabilities,this paper has tried to propose strategic measures,such as enhance its independent research,development capabilities,launch new energy and intelligent network links,improve business models,expand sales channels,and expand vehicle exports.Simultaneously put forward specific safeguard measures like cultivating talents,optimizing service systems,building corporate culture,leveraging public service platforms and industrial funds to ensure the implementation of specific strategies,thereby enhancing the market competition of enterprises.Force to promote the long-term sustainable development of Jiangling Motors Corporation LTd.
