| With the continuous expansion of the scale of urban central heating,the serious imbalance of the heating network and the excessive power consumption of heat transfer are becoming increasingly prominent.Many experts and professors put forward the idea of intermittent control in heating period by time-division method,which can reduce the running time of circulating pumps in heat exchanger stations and reduce the power consumption produced by circulating pumps conveying hot water.However,according to the current research situation,domestic and foreign time-sharing and zoning regulation of heating network is not comprehensive,and control technology still needs to be improved.In this paper,the application of time division intelligent heating control method in heating field is further studied.The excessive heat and power consumption mainly comes from the traditional operation mode of "low temperature and normal supply",especially in the beginning and the end of heating.In the initial and final stages of heating,the outdoor ambient temperature is relatively high,the user needs less heating,and the operating parameters of the supply and return water temperature are low.Therefore,the 24-hour operation mode of the pump will waste considerable energy.In this paper,the control technology and method of district heating by time division are presented.By increasing the temperature of water supply and return in the heating network,the overall running time and flow of the pump are reduced,and the energy consumption of transmission and distribution is reduced.The time division district heating technology also provides a new way and method to solve the thermal imbalance problem of heat supply network.By reducing the heating time of "superheater station" and increasing the heating time of "non-heater station",the problem of imbalance in traditional water can not be solved.The time-division district heating method is suitable for primary and secondary heating regulation.In this paper,the initial and final heating operation of a heating company in Jilin City is analyzed and studied by using the time-division district intelligent heating regulation method of the heating network.The conclusion shows that the study of intelligent heating regulation in time division of heating network has obvious power saving effect and can significantly improve the unbalance of heating network. |
