| In the northern winter of our country,the heat supply model is mainly concentrated heating,and the regional boiler room is the auxiliary heating mode.At the beginning of the heating of the end of the distribution of the central heating energy consumption is high,many experts and scholars put forward in the heating period use time-sharing partition intermittent control,reduce the number of pumps running time,reducing the consumption of electrical energy.However,at present,the control of the thermal network is not comprehensive and the technology is still immature.In this paper,the application of division control technology in heating field is further studied.Heat supply and distribution energy consumption is too high,mainly reflected in the early stage of heating.In the early stage of heating,the outdoor temperature is high and the user needs less heat,and the all-weather running water pump causes the waste of energy.To this,this article put forward the guarantee heat exchanger station backwater under the condition of constant temperature and flow,increasing the water temperature of the secondary network,improve the heating method to reduce the pump running time,reduce the energy consumption distribution.When the heat exchange station is applied to the whole heat network,the intermittent operation of the subregion can be realized,and the energy saving effect is more obvious.In this paper,the application of time division control is analyzed based on the early stage operation of a heat company in changchun.The analysis results show that the power saving effect is obvious and the pump running time is shorter.Compared with current partition control,the advantage is to ensure the load demand and the stability of the heat network,while the short time increases the heating parameters,the water pump has a longer interval.In this paper,we study the time-sharing partition control system is more suitable for the actual situation of the current central heating,if able to promote the use of large area,will be able to heat industry to create more economic benefits and environmental benefits. |
