With the vigorous development of the national construction industry,the number of construction projects is increasing,and the construction projects have the characteristics of large investment amount,long life cycle,complicated technology,wide social influence,and high project cost risk.It is important to make the construction engineering cost risk management prominent.At the same time,the construction engineering cost risk management is also the key to the success of the project.Therefore,this paper introduces the risk management theory into the construction engineering cost management.On the basis of previous studies,this paper systematically discusses the theory of construction engineering cost risk management,and introduces in detail the theory of engineering cost,risk management,construction engineering life cycle risk,etc.,starting from the whole life cycle of the entire construction engineering.From the investment decision-making stage,design stage,construction stage,operation and maintenance stage,demolition and recovery stage of construction engineering,etc.,research on the cost risk management of each stage,analyze and evaluate the existing engineering cost risk at each stage,and according to the relationship between various risk factors,the construction engineering cost management model is constructed.,and invite relevant experts to score the various factors in the risk model,apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the construction engineering cost risk management,calculate the weight of each risk factor,and sort risk factors and develop appropriate management measures.By using the system dynamic management method to control the risk of engineering cost and reduce the uncertainty of construction engineering cost risk management,the construction engineering managers at all levels can establish cost management risk awareness and pay attention to the problem of cost risk management,thus realizing the construction project.The various stages of cost management and the effective control at each level ultimately form a complete cost management system to provide more reliable risk management measures for each unit,improve the social benefits of construction projects,and increase the competitiveness of enterprises.Taking the PPP project of Jixi ecological civilization transformation as an example,through the analysis and calculation of the case,and the analytic hierarchyprocess is used to calculate the weight of the risk factors at each stage,and the factors affecting the construction cost of each stage are summarized.Analyze the results and develop detailed cost management measures.In the whole life cycle of the construction engineering,rationally choose the scale and location of the construction,scientifically formulate decision-making plans according to changes in national policies and regulations,strengthen the management of survey and design,formulate the best design plan,and rationally carry out the project financing,standardizing bidding system,selecting excellent construction units,scientifically carrying out construction management,doing design change and project claim work,selecting excellent property management companies to carry out operation and maintenance of engineering projects,and formulating scientific recycling plans,and finally achieve effective cost risk management for engineering projects.The research of this paper enriches the theory and method of construction engineering life cycle cost risk analysis to a certain extent,and can also provide decision-making reference for construction department life cycle cost risk management.
