The intake system is one of the most important systems of the engine.Its structure will directly affect the air volume of the cylinder,the velocity distribution of the gas and the turbulence status.These factors are directly related to the combustion process of the locomotive diesel engine,thus affecting the economy,dynamic and emission of the locomotive diesel engine.The simulation software is used to simulate the intake system of locomotive diesel engine.Through one dimension calculation and simulation,it can analyze the influence of different macro structure intake pipe on the performance of diesel engine,and find out the change trend of the influence of each structure on the intake performance,in order to find a improved method on the corresponding macro construction of the intake system.Through the three-dimensional simulation calculation,we can analyze the influence of the detail characteristics of the intake system on the micro performance distribution,such as intake efficiency,intake turbulence energy and intake velocity distribution,and improve the direction of the detail characteristics of the intake system.Therefore,this paper uses one-and three-dimensional simulation software to simulate the intake system of 6L265 diesel engine respectively,which provides a new way to optimize the performance of locomotive diesel engine.First,a one-dimensional simulation model of 6L265 locomotive diesel engine was established with GT-POWER simulation software,and verified,tested and analyzed with laboratory platform simulation data,thus ensuring the accuracy of the GT-POWER one-dimensional machine model.Through the above one-dimensional integral model,the parameters of the intake pipe(intake main diameter,intake main length,intake manifold length,etc.)are simulated and calculated,and the influence of the macroscopic structure of the intake pipe on the performance of the diesel engine is explored.Through the final simulation data,it is verified that the structural parameters of the intake system of the original machine are reasonable.Then,using the three-dimensional modeling software CREO to model the intake pipe stabilizer and the intake pipe,using the STAR-CCM+ three-dimensional simulation software to divide the Polyhedron mesh of the intake pipe and the stabilizer,and using the experimental data provided by the airway stabilizer experiment,the boundary conditions are set.boundary,The pressure loss and flow loss of the intake pipe are obtained by three-dimensional simulation and the structure of the intake pipe is analyzed.
