Abstract/Summary:
The transportation of heavy haul railway has attracted wide attention of railway in the world because of its large capacity,high efficiency,low transportation cost.Heavy rail transport in the world of rapid development,has been recognized as the direction of development of railway freight transport,and become an important trend in the developmentof the world’s railway.Heavy load turnout is an important part of heavy haul railway track,and it is also a weaklink in the railway track system,which reflects the development level of a country’s heavy haul railway track.This paper in view of the weakness of heavy haul railway turnout,on the base of tongue,wing rail,fork with rail,high manganese steel frog assembling fork frog and pillow were optimization design,with high strength heavy rail,laying seamless lines,strengthening the road bed foundation and improvement of sleeper structure.Draw lessons from existing domestic and foreign heavy load switch mature design experience,using the theoretical analysis,test and mathematical statistics and other means,the 75kg/m rail 18 single switch structure of the system analysis,calculation and design.Through the analysis of the calculation to determine the overall turnout linear,geometric size,the interval and the turnout sleeper arrangement of main parameters,determine the 75kg/m rails 18 single turnout major parts of the structure and size,choose the suitable structural form.Through the analysis of the main components for fatigue test for the selected decision,provide reference for future similar to the design of the switch production experience and the correctness of the project,feasibility and innovative research.
