The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is another major project with world influence after the Three Gorges Project,the Qinghai-Tibet Railway,the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.It is a large cross-sea channel linking Hong Kong,Zhuhai and Macau.It is included in the "National Highway Network Planning" Important traffic construction project.Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is the world's largest,highest standard,the most technologically complex bridge,island,tunnel integrated cluster project,it is China's bridge and traffic construction power milestone project.This paper gives a brief introduction to the general situation of gantry cranes,and analyzes the present situation and development trend of this kind of cranes at home and abroad,and introduces the components of 2000t gantry cranes in detail.Then calculate and demonstrate design structure of the gantry crane in Longmen,and according to the crane design specifications requirements for various extreme loading conditions on the finite element analysis;Cart bearing at all levels,balance beams,transmission shaft,wheels and other key components for institutions designed to ensure accurate selection according to the structure characteristics of 2000t;the door frame,designed for large section box girder structure technology,and optimize the manufacturing process of traditional outrigger,beams and other components;according to the characteristics of the running mechanism,and the whole of the large span long distance walking cart synchronization requirements,at all levels,balance beam bearing and trolley were carried out in the design process.The successful development of the equipment,will further enhance the level of China's construction equipment R&D to fill the use of large tonnage gantry crane on the large steel box beam loading blank.
