Metor in a variety of public travel mode,with fast,accurate time,safe and reliable advantages,so more and more cities to carry out the construction of the Metor.Metor vehicles is an important part of the Metor system,in order to better ensure the long-term stable operation of Metor vehicles,Metor vehicles maintenance work is particularly important.How-ever,the existing Metor vehicle maintenance management or no perfect information system,or just use the desktop computer client,the maintenance workers can not be equipped with a computer so they can not timely access to maintenance information,can not timely access to maintenance information,can not receive Spare parts and other issues,which have greatly affected the efficiency of vehicle maintenance.In view of the above problems,this thesis designs and develops the subway vehicle maintenance management system based on Andriod,which can realize the comprehensive coverage of the maintenance process and maintenance personnel information,and can effectively solve the problems existing in the maintenance of the subway vehicle.Firstly,the thesis introduces the background and significance of the research,and analyzes the current situation of subway maintenance information at home and abroad,expounds the knowledge of subway vehicle maintenance,and makes a comprehensive knowledge of the Android platform needed for system development.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the demand of system,the functional modules of the system and the mobile client are divided respectively,and the function modules are described in detail.Then the overall architecture design of the system is described,and the server side is also designed in detail,including the structure of the server,the communication method with the mobile client,the data exchange mode and so on.Thirdly,based on the analysis of functional modules,the functions of the system and mobile client are designed in detail.The client design for the Android system based on the mobile phone App application,design and implementation of the system communication protocol interface and database tables.Aiming at the problem of optimization of work order allocation,this paper proposes to construct the work order scheduling optimization model and use the genetic algorithm to solve the model,and obtain the most reasonable personnel arrangement in the maintenance work and push it to the mobile client.Finally,use of Eclipse development platform and Java language to complete the client design,and the client's function and other aspects of the test.The test results show that the client is running normally,functions and performance indicators meet the design Request.Use of metro vehicle overhaul and management system can accelerate the information construction of the subway and improve the efficiency of overhaul.meanwhile,use of the system can improve the scientific level of physical examination,combined with use of mobile client,which can effectively solve the problems existing in the current overhaul process.
