Finite element calculation,structural strength optimization,isolation design and seismic performance test of power cabinet are studied,which provide important methods for seismic design of power cabinet.Above all,Based on the Analysis of seismic damage of domestic and foreign electrical power unit,the destruction phenomenon,failure mechanism and vulnerable parts of electrical power unit at home and abroad are obtained.The anti-seismic design method of electric power secondary Equipment is proposed by optimizing the anti-seismic capacity of power cabinet.Secondly,according to the structure properties of power cabinet,this paper puts forward a modeling method to calculate anti-seismic strength of power cabinet based on the calculation method of plate and shell structure dynamic.The characteristics,merits and faults of time and frequency domain computations of power cabinet anti-seismic calculation are analyzed.Isolation parameter calculation method for Vibration isolation design of power cabinet anti-seismic design and isolation facilities in common use are presented.Thirdly,a modal test of the cabinet is carried out with taking some type of extra-high voltage cabinet as the research object.On this basis,the finite element model of the dynamic analysis of the cabinet is established and its intrinsic mode is calculated.Simultaneously,the dynamic strength of the cabinet structure under the condition of 9 degree seismic fortification intensity is calculated and the optimized design is carried out.The simulation results show that the strength of the cabinet structure after optimization meets the anti-seismic design requirements.Finally,the waveform selection,evaluation criteria,anti-seismic test method and anti-seismic data analysis technology of power cabinet anti-seismic test are expounded.Taking this type of extra-high voltage cabinet as the object of study,anti-seismic tests are carried out in accordance with the methods and requirements prescribed by GB/T 2424.25-2000.The test results indicate that the cabinet meets the anti-seismic requirements of Secondary equipment in extra-high voltage power transmission and transformation project.
