Under the premise of satisfying the normal production and operation of enterprises,It is of great significance for enterprises to reduce costs,improve economic efficiency and improve resource utilization through efficient power consumption.The intelligent energy cloud platform independently developed by Company A can help industrial enterprises tap the potential of energy saving and achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.At present,Company A is promoting cloud platform in Hebei Province,although it has achieved some benefits,but there are still some problems.In this paper,the market promotion of A company's smart energy cloud platform is taken as the research object.Based on the in-depth investigation of the marketing status of the company's smart energy cloud platform,this paper analyzes the marketing status of company A's smart energy cloud platform with the combination of 4P theory and SWOT analysis method.It is found that the large-scale promotion leads to high cost,poor customer use of cloud platforms,irrational corporate incentives and other issues.In order to solve the problem of marketing promotion of A company,this paper designed questionnaires for customers and potential customers who have built the cloud platform.Based on the survey results of customers' satisfaction,the using effect and cooperation mode with the use of smart energy cloud platform,the cloud platform promotion strategy is formulated around five aspects: target customer positioning,business area segmentation,cooperation mode selection,customer service maintenance,and improving service quality and image.Besides,we put forward the implementation strategy of promotion measures.The research results can be used for reference to enhance the marketing promotion and competitiveness of A company's smart energy cloud platform.
