There are tens of thousands of vehicles running on the road every day.In the process,the mechanical energy produced by the vehicle vibration to the road eventually is converted to heat energy and then vanished in the external environment.How to collect this waste energy,and convert it into micro power,which can supply for the affiliated facilities of the road,has become a good research point for the development and utilization of new energy.In this paper,a vehicle vibration and vibratory generator is designed to convert the vibration energy of the vehicle's vibration into electric energy to collect.The converted electric energy can supply power for the micro electronic devices such as the traffic signs and the monitoring cameras.On the basis of the detailed description of the basic theory of the pressure and vibration power generation,the basic type of the vibration power generation,the piezoelectric effect,the piezoelectric material,the theory of the piezoelectric foundation and the structure theory of the piezoelectric generator are analyzed in this paper.According to the electrical parameters of the piezoelectric material and the principle of piezoelectric effect,the piezoelectric element made by the PZT-5H material is selected as the core component.According to the sandwich structure and design method,the external sealing structure is used to package the piezoelectric generator.The vibration energy conversion device of the vehicle is constructed by the vibration generator,energy collection circuit,energy storage element and so on,which realizes the transformation of the vibration energy from the vibration of the driving vehicle to the surface of the road to the micro energy.The hydrostatic pressure test and compressive performance test of the vehicle vibration energy conversion device were carried out,and the good waterproof and compressive performance of the device was verified by experiments.The test results show that the package structure has no effect on the power generation performance of the vehicle vibration energy conversion device.A small dynamic loader is used to verify the effect of loading load and frequency on the generating performance of the device.The greater the loading load or the loading frequency,the greater the output value of the device,the lower the load voltage attenuation rate and the better anti fatigue ability.Taking the actual project of Shandong Binlai Expressway S29(Binzhou-Zibo)as the test section,the layout scheme of the device is given.The power output of vehicle vibration energy conversion device is tested and analyzed.The output power of the vehicle vibration energy conversion device is calculated.The experiment verifies the effectiveness of the device for the power supply of LED(Light Emitting Diode)marking card,and analyses its economic benefit.
