The fuze airflow induced vibration piezoelectric generator can be defined as a piezoelectric generator can use the airflow was made during pill fly course as its vibration-driving signal, which has the virtues like simple construction, small volume, high energy conversion efficiency, etc. meanwhile, which integrate the advantages of vibration piezoelectric power technologies and wind power technologies. Those make it has a good application in fuze power supply. Fuze airflow induced vibration piezoelectric generator was took as research object in dissertation, combine with questions of energy conversion efficiency and energy management, based on the preliminary research in our research group, high energy harvesting efficiency circuits was designed to improve output power to satisfy fuze control circuit energy consumption.First of all, power supply requirements of modern fuze were getten through analyzing military requirement of power supply in small caliber ammunition fuzes; the key reasons of researching vibration piezoelectric energy harvesting technologies were getten through analysis of researching key question in airflow induced vibration piezoelectric generator. There is a introduction about vibration source characteristic and vibration energy conversion model of this generator. Inner pipe airflow vortex shedding phenomenon and vortex induced vibration theory were introduced, the theory of inner pipe fluctuating turbulent, fluid power active sound source and sound induced structure periodical vibration were explained according to the work principle about this generator.Many varies energy harvesting circuits were designed based on piezoelectric energy harvesting methods under steady-state sinusoidal vibration signal condition. Based on traditional piezoelectric energy harvesting methods, the integrated DC energy harvesting circuits, power factor correction improved circuits and redundant energy-storing synchronous charge enegy harvesting circuits were designed to satisfy loads continuous stability power requirement. Meanwhile, load-responding time and load-carrying capacity of above energy harvesting circuits were tested in experiment. Which indicate the load-carrying capacity and output power of redundant energy-storing synchronous charge energy harvesting circuits is maximum than others energy harvesting circuits, the load-responding time of traditional integrating DC energy harvesting circuit is shortest than others energy harvesting circuits.The research methods and results of dissertation can offer a theoretical reference to research and experiment of vibration piezoelectric energy harvesting technology in airflow induced vibration piezoelectric generator and the further research and design of improving vibration energy harvesting technologies.
