High Voltage Direct Current(HVDC)transmission technology is an efficient,economic,environmental transmission technology suitable for large capacity and long-distance transmission.It is also one of the most advanced transmission technologies that can meet the needs and development of contemporary electricity.Converter transformer is the core equipment of UHVDC transmission project,in which the outlet device is an important component of the main insulation structure of converter transformer that plays an important role in electrical insulation and electric field shielding of the lead.This paper studies the key technologies of the outlet device of converter transformer in UHVDC transmission project.The main contents are as follows:1)This paper describes the background,significance and current situation of the research on UHVDC transmission,UHV converter transformer and its outlet devices,and points out the key technology research contents of the outlet devices of UHV converter transformer:outlet structure research,insulation material research,insulation model establishment and electric field intensity analysis,manufacturing and installation process research;2)On the basis of studying the existing EHV converter transformer outlet device,determined the structure and main technical parameters of the outlet device in this paper.Studied for the performance of insulating material used in converter transformer outlet device which mainly adopted experimental method for the electrical performance of insulating cardboard,insulating oil and insulating screw used in the production of outlet device to research;3)Sets up three insulation models of converter transformer outlet device:valve side elevating seat outlet model,valve side handle structure model,and outlet device model of network casing connection.Carrying out electric field simulation research and insulation verification analysis.Reliability of the insulation structure design of outlet device is verified by simulation model validation and analysis preliminarily;4)The outlet device of converter transformer is not only large in shape,but also requires high dimensional tolerance standard.Therefore,it is difficult to make,and its manufacturing technology needs to be studied in depth.By means of simulation process assembly,simulation analysis and test verification improved and perfected the structure,manufacturing process and assembly process of the project outlet device.Finally,a series of process documents are formed to realize the manufacturing of the prototype of the outlet device;5)Test verification of the prototype.The reliability of the insulation structure and the practicability of the manufacturing process for the outlet device are verified by the test data and analyzing for the test data of the prototype;6)Conclusion of the whole article.
