| In recent years,transformer equipment enterprises in China have been operating in an inefficient environment.The speed of national power construction has slowed down the imbalance between supply and demand in transformer market,resulting in more and more fierce competition among transformer manufacturers.How to effectively improve the gross profit level of transformer manufacturers is very important for enterprises to gain market initiative.For this reason,this project focuses on optimizing the high-voltage outgoing mode of 500 kV single-phase autotransformer from the design point of view,so as to save certain manufacturing costs.In this process,it involves the design and development of high-voltage outgoing insulation device,which is an important insulation component of transformer equipment.How to design and develop high-reliability outgoing insulation device is also the difficulties for manufacturers.In this paper,a single-phase autotransformer ODFS-334 MVA / 500 kV is taken as an example to select a high-voltage middle outgoing mode with economic value,and then the new outgoing device is designed and developed.In the whole research process,the principle of combining theoretical calculation with practical production is carried out.In the aspect of theoretical analysis,based on the basic theory of electric field calculation,combined with the analysis of the electric field characteristics of solid insulation and the volume theory of liquid insulating oil,the relevant electric field analysis of the outgoing line device is finally carried out with the help of the finite element electric field analysis method.Based on the oil volume theory and the finite element electric field analysis method,this paper focuses on the calculation,analysis and verification of the outgoing line insulation device under the external equivalent power frequency withstand voltage electric field strength,obtains the distribution of electric field strength in different parts and calculates the corresponding allowable value in combination with the oil volume theory,so as to accurately judge the insulation reliability to a certain extent.In order to ensure the reliability of the outgoing line device,the manufacturing process,insulation process and test method of the insulation device of the high voltage outgoing line of the transformer are fully demonstrated.Finally,a set of safe and reliable high-voltage outgoing line insulation device is designed,which provides a reliable research idea and design method for similar outgoing line insulation device research in the future,and then solves the pain point that most transformer manufacturers cannot accurately calculate and design reliable outgoing line installation.Finally,through the cost comparison before and after the improvement of high-voltage outgoing line structure,the transformer is realized.The cost of the machine is saved to some extent. |
