Energy,as the material basis of human activities,is also an important driving force for the rapid development of the national economy.Energy shortage and environmental pollution have become the two major problems facing sustainable development in today's society.Natural gas,as the representative of clean energy,is far below the world average primary energy consumption in China.In recent years,the implementation of "coal to gas" project in large and medium-sized cities in China has significantly improved the atmospheric environment,and gas-fired boilers have gradually become the main heat source equipment for winter heating in northern areas.At present,the energy utilization level and efficiency of gas-fired boilers still have great potential to tap,especially the high exhaust temperature at the tail of some gas-fired boilers.The sensible and latent heat in the flue gas can also be effectively recovered and utilized to further improve the efficiency of energy utilization and reduce environmental pollution.This paper studies the flue gas waste heat recovery technology of gas-fired boilers,based on the comprehensive analysis of Engineering examples.The system is deeply analyzed from both theoretical and practical aspects.Relevant data are obtained,and technical suggestions are put forward for gas-fired boilers to adopt various flue gas waste heat recovery technologies.According to the energy-saving characteristics of gas-fired boiler flue gas waste heat recovery system,common technologies of waste heat recovery are studied and compared.Combined with the background of a certain boiler house project,the boiler room flue gas waste heat recovery project was analyzed.The reconstruction plan to 2017-2018 actual operation data of the flue gas waste heat recovery project in the heating season is used as a reference to analyze the energy saving benefits and economic benefits brought by the three types of flue gas waste heat recovery technology implemented in the boiler room in the region;compare the energy saving and economic benefits of the three types of flue gas waste heat recovery technology It is concluded that the energy saving rate of the direct heat exchange and absorption heat pump combined system implemented in the boiler room is the highest and the energy saving benefit is the highest;the application of flue gas waste heat recovery technology for similar gas boiler rooms provides the corresponding technical basis.
