Design Of Smart Home Control System Based On ZigBee And PLC

With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards are constantly improving.Therefore,it is convenient,safe and efficient living environment what people pursue,and smart home is also prevalent in the public eye.The smart home control system is based on the public's home environment,combined with automatic control technology,communication technology,wireless sensor network technology,modern sensor technology,and so on,control the home appliances real-time,and adjust the indoor environment parameters to adapt to human acceptable normal value.This topic focuses on functional analysis and requirements analysis of smart home system,based on the existing intelligent home technology,uses ZigBee and PLC technology,research and design a smart home control system based on ZigBee and PLC,and gives the design scheme of the whole system.The main contents of the overall system design are ZigBee technology uses the CC2530 module of TI Company,which is connected with the sensor module.ZigBee terminal node collects data,the terminal node and the router node converged the data on coordinator node through ZigBee wireless network,the collected data is sent to the host computer through serial to display the data in real time.The PLC module is the main controller,which receives the parameters set by the touch screen,the data collected by each sensor and the data transmitted by the host computer,and the control commands of the man-machine interface;It controls air-conditioning,humidifier,exhaust fan and other electrical equipment through PLC software program and processing logical judgment;The touch screen mainly realizes the parameter setting,the real-time monitoring of parameters and the monitoring of equipment status.Android mobile terminal mainly realizes the functions that are the display of equipment status and the switch operation of equipment.The main work of this paper is to complete some tasks,such as,the hardware circuit design,programming of software program,man-machine interface design,design of UI interface for Android mobile phone,realize the communication between PLC and PC,ZigBee and PLC,and control the equipments.The smart home control system designed in this paper has been tested and experimented,and the functions of data acquisition and transmission,parameter monitoring and equipment control are realized,which meet the requirements of use.The system improves the security and comfort of the home environment.
