Medical electronic endoscope is an internal inspection of medical devices to the human body,it can provide clear images,the affected area for the doctor bring great help doctors diagnose.The medical electronic endoscope system combines traditional medical examination with new technologies such as computer,digital multimedia,so that the imaging quality of the electronic endoscope is higher than traditional ones.High-definition electronic endoscope's developing has high value.The high integrated X6818 development board is adopted as the core of the control processing,and the application development is carried out based on Android real-time operating system.Research mainly on the following aspects:(1)the system design,introduce the three existing endoscope system at domestic and abroad,the structure and principle of the subsequent analyses the defects of the three kinds of structure,summarizes three cause of the defects.analyze and design the data transmission mode,image encoding and decoding mode and the selection of development platform and development board.(2)system function design,first introduced the overall design of the endoscope system;Then introduce the image acquisition process,including: use the V4L2 structures is commonly used in libraries,and get the original RGB data,then introduces the principle of image transformation and coding and according to the principle to design the corresponding code;Some other functions of the system,such as image freezing,video recording and playback,and logic relation design are introduced.(3)system optimization is divided into five parts.startup speed optimization: the startup process of Android system and the time spent in each process are introduced.The startup speed is optimized by streamlining pre-loaded classes and resources,streamlining local services and Android services,and streamlining pre-installed application files;camera parameters setting speed: first of all introduced the camera parameters adjustment process,and counting for each step the amount of time,then design the camera parameter improve experiment table,combining with the analysis of the data in the form,chose the most reasonable camera parameters setup steps;system memory leak handling: introduce the Android memory model with the garbage collection mechanism,and led to the nature of memory leaks,then may be the cause of memory leaks are introduced,and then use the tools to this system to locate the cause of memory leaks and analysis,this system to solve the memory leak issues;starting from startup: introduce the core broadcast mechanism to realize this function,and compared the broadcast type with the registration method,and determined the scheme adopted by the system;modification of the system's original function: right mouse button function customization,startup animation and music custom.(4)system test,first set up the experimental platform,and then test the system function in three interfaces.This topic design endoscope system,collection and video can be up to 1080 p 30 frames per second,high-definition monitor,support for image freezing,video playback,rich functions such as patient information preservation,it has a wide application prospect.
