At present, checking with push-endoscope make the patients who have the alimentary-tract disease feel uncomfortable. Especially for small intestine bleeding disease, push-endoscope is difficult to reach the place, and even though the push-endoscope could be able to reach, during the insert process push-endoscope may bring terrible pain to patients. Many patients are afraid of this kind of endoscope and give up checking, which leads to a terrible result. The new kind of capsule endoscope, taken orally, passing alimentary canal safely and taking tens of thousand pictures, can complete the examination of small intestine without pain. This article developes a low cost and simple structure capsule endoscope micro-system, the author hope to be helpful for the popularization of capsule endoscope and benefit the patients.The capsule endoscope micro-system has many outstanding advantages: no x-ray radiation, little harm to the body, no pains and no blind area. And doctors can use the saved data of previous instances to build up a data-base to diagnose accurately.Under the support of National Natural Science Foundation of China and The National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 program).The system, beginning with the system research, realize the real-time image data transfers, choose the low power consumption electronic component to complete the sample capsule device, at the same time the images are stored in the computer directly and leave out out-body image storage device. The architecture is simple and practical, laying the foundation for the further research.On the base of realization of the key technology of real time data transfers, reducing the cost of capsule endoscope system is an important factor. As to the abuses of overfull appended devices in domestic and overseas capsule endoscope electric systems, this article introduce a full digital, high-integration and simple-configuration idea for the design of capsule endoscope micro-system, then design and make camera module, wireless transceiver module and PCI data transfer module. Every module is well working, and the first sample device is completed.
