Due to the development of science and technology,people’s living standards increase quickly.People has higher requirement for comfort because people is getting longer and longer indoors,this kind of problem after the utilization of air conditioning heating technology has been resolved.However,the researchers studies in comfort is more focused on the ASHRAE55 comfort zone,and ASHRAE55 comfort zone within the scope of people to rely too much on the indoor environment,the mechanisms regulating the body is not very good,and it is not conducive to healthy development of the human body,also waste a lot of resources.The research focus of this paper is to explore how to effectively use the physiological regulation function of human body and explore the corresponding "physiological adjustable area".Around the ASHRAE55 comfort zone,there are 30 experimental design conditions,18 of which are winter and 12 in summer.To determine the scope of the"physiological adjustable area",the experiment studied the physiological parameters at the set temperature and humidity condition significantly affected by the environment and the changes of different temperature and humidity conditions through testing the body skin temperature,heat flux,the heart rate and heart rate variability,and combined with the participants subjective questionnaire survey.The experimental data are analyzed and processed to draw the following conclusions.For various conditions including local and whole body various physiological parameters for the analysis of variance,analysis of the results with the change of the indoor environment temperature and humidity,only the human body skin temperature and heat flux exists obvious difference,the human body heart rate and heart rate variability were no obvious difference.It can be considered that the skin temperature and heat flow are sensitive to the temperature range of "physiological adjustable area".The average skin temperature range of the "physiological adjustable zone" in winter was 31.4 to 33.2,and the average skin thermal conductivity was 24.2w/m2~56.1w/m2.Summer "physiological adjustable area" mean skin temperature range from 27.8 ℃ to 27.8 ℃,the average skin thermal heat flow in 37.8 W/m2~59.7 W/m2.Based on the subjective evaluation of human body,using EXCEL software to make statistical analysis of subjective evaluation indicators and drawing on CAD,the environmental parameter range of "physiological adjustable area" in winter and summer was obtained.
