Research On Risk Management Of JS High Speed Rail Project

Compared with general railway construction projects,high-speed railway has considerable particularity and complexity.In the past decade,China has accelerated the pace of high-speed railway network construction.A large number of high-speed railway construction projects have created unprecedented opportunities and challenges for construction units.The rapid development of high-speed railway not only extently solves the pressure from severe railway transportation of passenger and freight,but also shortens the time and space between cities and towns,and promotes the healthy development of regional economy.At the same time,China has intensified its efforts in the construction of high-speed railways,the construction of high-speed railways brings profits to construction units and is accompanied by various risks.The high-speed railway project has the characteristics of long construction period,large investment scale,numerous participating units,and complicated construction technology.The risk management process of high-speed railway projects is complex,and the project often cannot achieve the expected goals due to lack of understanding and understanding of risk factors.Therefore,the risks of the project should be effectively managed during the construction of high-speed railway.This paper takes JS high-speed railway project as the research object to conduct theoretical and practical research on risk management.Firstly,combined with the domestic and foreign situation of risk management of engineering projects,the risk management theory of high-speed railway projects and how construction enterprises deal with risks in the process of project management are discussed.Secondly,according to the actual situation of JS high-speed railway project,the possible risks are analyzed and identified,and the main possible risks in the construction process of the current project are analyzed as follows: technology risk,quality risk,natural risk,management risk,schedule risk,JS project risk evaluation system model is established,and then to the whole project of the risks involved in sorting using the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the risk factors were weighted to determine the risk level,according to the evaluation results on JS high-speed rail project quality in the process of construction risk and management risk are at a higher level,and level of political risk is smaller.In the process of construction,we should pay more attention to the risk factors and take targeted measures.By studying the risk management of JS high-speed railway project,this paper aims to provide reference for the future risk management of high-speed railway and other construction processes,so as to make the project risk management more reasonable and effective,ensure that the project expectation and practice can be consistent and the final goal of the project can be achieved smoothly.This paper takes JS high-speed railway as an actual case to verify and put forward some risk countermeasures and schemes which are in line with the characteristics of high-speed railway construction projects in China.The purpose of the study is to establish a set of reasonable,feasible and risk evaluation index system which is in line with the construction of high-speed railway in China.It can provide some help for the future construction projects of high-speed railway in China.
