In the design of electronic design,oscilloscope is often used,which is one of the most common electronic instruments on measuring.The oscilloscope plays a very important role on observing signal waveform,through waveform we can obtain the period,amplitude,frequency and other parameters of the signal,so the oscilloscope is often used to detect output parameters of hardware and to debug various circuits.With the development of digital oscilloscope,digital oscilloscope is widely used by electronic engineers.The traditional digital oscilloscope on desk can only be applied to laboratories because of its large bulk,which is not convenient for on-site testing and on-site operation.However,the portable and digital oscilloscope is not only small and portable,but also has general functions of the digital oscilloscope.These advantages make it widely is used in some special occasions.Therefore,it is necessary and meaningful to study the key technologies of portable and digital oscilloscope.This paper mainly studies the sampling technology of portable and digital oscilloscope,the signal conditioning technology,the data acquisition technology,the data processing technology,the data transmission technology and so on.This paper puts forward a concrete realization scheme of the portable and digital oscilloscope acquisition board,and completes the design and the test of each part.In this paper,a portable and digital oscilloscope acquisition board based on STM32F405VGT6,which consists of modules such as power module,communication module of host computer and acquisition board,system control module,signal conditioning module,signal acquisition module,storage module and data processing module.First,this system deal with the measured signal and then carry out the collection.After the collection is finished,the data is stored.If the data is full,it will be read and processed.Lastly,the data information is sent to the upper computer through USB.The upper computer is mainly responsible for the waveform.The display and subsequent processing are not covered here.This collection board designed in this paper not only has mini size and can be put in hand,but also can realize multi-function measurement.Besides the general measurement functions of voltage and current,it also integrates power and noise measurement functions.It can realize 0.0625-50 V AC and DC voltage signal measurement,220 V city electric wave measurement and 0-20 A DC current measurement,1.9GHz radio frequency signal power measurement,environmental noise measurement and so on,the measurement errors are less than 3%.The portable and digital oscilloscope acquisition board also has the advantages of low cost and low power consumption.It has very strong practicability,so there is a great market in outdoor measurement.
