Joint simulation and experiment highlights the integration of Live Virtual and Constructive simulation resources,which aims at constructing a joint operational environment being similar with the future battle field.Joint simulation and experiment proposes the conception of “Training as a War” to realize the goal of “How to War,How to Test the Weapon System” and to solve the relationship between the single weapon and the system performance.All above is to give full play to expected utility of the weapons and equipment.Weapon system of systems refers to the integration of a number of different weapons and equipment.Weapon system of systems-oriented joint simulation experiment makes use of all kinds of data,model,simulation system and computer hardware & software resources etc.,whose goal is to construct a common and distributed experimental environment,to realize the seamless integration of Live Virtual and Constructive simulation system,to accomplish the interconnection and interworking of different simulation systems and to achieve the interoperability between the experiment resources and sharing between the experiment data so as to serve the argumentation,development,authentication and evaluation.Joint simulation experiment is not only a LVC integrated simulation environment,but also a typical engineering level and engagement level mixed simulation,whose distribution,heterogeneous,real-time constraints and other features needs a architecture which supporting interoperability.This paper discusses the management and control technology related to joint simulation experiment mainly from the conception model of Weapon system of systems,the architecture of joint simulation experiment platform,simulation resources management,simulation run control and experiment data collection etc.respectively.Firstly,this paper elaborates and analyzes connotation of weapon system joint simulation experiment,research the conception model of joint experiment and process of joint test method.Then,the paper summarizes characteristic of LVC integrated simulation,research and compare different LVC simulation integrated method.At last,we explain the main research contents of joint simulation experiment platform.Secondly,the paper researches and designs the architecture of joint simulation experiment platform,which consists of application service layer,simulation running layer,simulation proxy layer and physical entity layer.Then we illustrate the function and design of the layered simulation architecture in detail.At last,we propose a macro management and control framework for the full life circle joint simulation experiment.We design and realize the simulation resources management system,joint experiment run control,data interaction and data collection based DDS middleware.At last,we take the interconnection and interworking between a single system,single proxy and macro center as the background.We design and construct the prototype system of the joint simulation experiment platform and demonstrate the working effect,which confirms the feasibility of above technologies.
