Reciprocating compressor plays an important role in the field of natural gas,so the performance of compressor is very important.The performance of the compressor is measured by the relevant performance parameters,and performance parameters including displacement,axial power,torque,speed,pressure and temperature of the intake and exhaust.The displacement measurement is particularly important,partly because the emissions is a characterization of compressor design,manufacture and installation of a comprehensive quality the index,partly because the test bench is completed based on the relevant requirements and reasonable implementation of the flow test,so the measurement of flow rate is priority among all performance parameters measurement.Commonly flow measurement types used for oil and natural gas include: differential pressure flow measurement,ultrasonic flow measurement,Coriolis mass flow measurement,and there are more and more choices about flow measurement,so reasonably measure selection can improve measurement accuracy,reduce purchase and installation cost,prolong the service life,reduce the maintenance costs,reduce the installation space.So the main contents of this paper include:1.According to the reference pressure and reference temperature,and combining with the relevant requirements of the nozzle size,calculate the flow measurement range of each nozzle,and on the condition that meet the flow range of most test models,get the nozzle combination scheme applied to the test bench,and make the corresponding selection of adjusting holes and existing Annubar measuring element,and compare and analyze these kinds of differential pressure flow measurement scheme with the nozzle;2.Make research about the flow measurement of ultrasonic and Coriolis,and according to the design requirements of the test bench,then get the method applicable to the requirements,and make final measurement scheme for reference.And make the final comparison of the installation and maintenance cost,measuring range and accuracy about the differential pressure,ultrasonic and Coriolis measurement scheme,then get the most suitable and most I recommend method of flow measurement.3.Make numerical simulation about the installation of nozzle pipe involved in selection scheme,including the numerical analysis of flow regulator straight pipe section on the condition of single elbows,double elbows on the same plane,double elbows out of plane,and calculate multiple discharge coefficients under different conditions,and analyze the data and get the best straight pipe installation requirements on the condition that upstream flow resistance is elbow. |
