With the development of economic and culture,the demand for stone in the construction industry has increased dramatically.Although the decorative stone market is huge,China's stone processing industry started late,there are still low processing efficiency,low intelligence level,poor product quality,labor intensity,serious environmental pollution and other issues,still can not meet the quality of the stone demand.In the context of technological innovation to promote industrial upgrading,with technological innovation to solve the problem of stone processing is our way to seek leapfrog development.Huazhong University of Science and Technology as a national advanced manufacturing explorers and practitioners,have the responsibility and mission to improve the national advanced manufacturing capacity.In this paper,based on the NC system,the design of the rotary stone multi-station joint processing,constant torque followed by grinding machine-specific CNC system,the main work is as follows:Firstly,analyzed the development of stone processing machinery,put forward the mechanical structure of multi-station joint processing.Designed the hardware configuration and software control scheme of special numerical control system.Secondly,analyzed the reason of the grinding torque fluctuation during the stone processing.Three kinds of constant torque follower grinding motion control schemes are proposed to reduce the fluctuation range of grinding torque.First of all,the use of central 8-type CNC system servo adjustment tool to capture the current value of the grinding motor and Kalman filter processing.Then,proposed a constant torque grinding motion control based on PLC,G code path planning and multiple tool compensation motion control,and G code path planning and horizontal coordinate real-time compensation motion control.Finally,studied the overall control flow of multi-station rotary production line,and designed the man-machine interface for real-time monitoring of special numerical control system.then the grinding experiment is carried out on the basis of constant torque followed by grinding scheme III,analysis the motion parameters which affect the grinding quality.
