In recent years,semiconductor lighting technology has developed rapidly.The traditional indoor lighting system can hardly satisfy people's dual needs of lighting comfort and green energy saving.Replacing traditional light sources with LEDs as an illumination source has many advantages such as low power consumption,prolonged lighting system lifetime,environmental protection,and greater design flexibility.LED intelligent lighting system has become a hot topic in the field of semiconductor lighting.In this paper,an LED intelligent lighting control system is designed.An improved algorithm is used to establish a comfort-based lighting evaluation strategy.Based on this,a fuzzy expert database is designed to process multi-sensor data and intelligently meet the lighting requirements in various indoor environments.Make full use of natural light under the premise of the indoor always maintain the appropriate illumination to achieve energy conservation;Secondly,through the perfect control strategy,it can effectively prevent the occurrence of harmful light failure of the LED and extend the life of the lamp by 2-4 times.The LED intelligent lighting system in this article is mainly divided into measurement modules,fuzzy expert library decision modules,LED lighting modules,etc.The measurement module includes a reflective infrared sensor to detect whether there are people within the system,photodiodes to detect ambient illumination,DS18B20 detection LED lamp temperature,fuzzy expert library decision module takes single-chip microcomputer STM32F103C8T6 as the main controller,utilizes multi-sensor data fusion technology to output the optimal PWM through various control strategies designed to control the current output of the LED constant current source,so as to realize the LED Lamp brightness adjustment.In the LED lighting module,a non-isolated BUCK driver circuit with 32 W is designed to stabilize the light.Finally,the whole system is debugged under the condition of the laboratory.The experimental results show that the system can automatically adjust the lighting output according to various indoor environments,and the light source brightness is stable and reliable.The combination of infrared sensing technology and PWM technology realizes the intelligence of the LED lighting system and has a high application value.
