Research On Service Design Based On Apple IPad And Amazon Kindle

By comparing the service design cases of Apple iPad and Amazon Kindle,it is concluded that with the popularity and rapid development of smart handheld electronic mobile devices,the importance of product service design becomes more and more prominent.Based on the theory and method of service design,this paper expounds the content,value,six levels of user demand,thinking method to help understanding the enlightenment of the case of Apple iPad and Amazon Kindle to service design.Through detailed user research and situation research,this paper sums up the new needs of the target users and transforms them into the service system of realizing the demand,which is the intelligent atmosphere projection audio service system.This paper combines theoretical academic research and practical application exploration,the final innovative results are easy to achieve,and will optimize the user experience to fill the market vacancy.In the theoretical research stage,it mainly analyzes the development situation of service design at home and abroad,the content and value of service design,six levels of user demand,the thinking and method of service design,an overview of the development of Apple iPad and Amazon Kindle and its implications for service design,as well as the trend of service design for handheld mobile products.These analysis contents are the theoretical guidance for the subsequent design of intelligent atmosphere projection audio service system.Specific implementation in thinking about the design background,market research,user research,user experience process content,service blueprints,and so on.In the stage of design practice,the service is designed according to the functional prototype of the service system acquired by the previous research,the interactive interface of APP application is created,the thinking map and shape sketch are drawn,the 3D modeling is carried out,and the four product appearance modeling forms are studied.Select an optimal form to generate the final product appearance,showing product detail structure and usage scenarios.
