Abstract/Summary:
As economic globalization develops further and the rapid development of science and technology,the situation enterprises facing in the fierce market competition is more complex,knowledge,technology and human resources to the development of enterprises brought a lot of variables,the company faces business risk is becoming more and bigger.Point the basis of enterprise development and the key lies in human resources,so the enterprise will be the development of human resources as the enterprise strategic target,strategic position of human resource management in modern enterprise development is also more and more important.Compensation management as one of the most basic of human resource management means and methods,application value are the most economic parameters.Within the enterprise to develop scientific and reasonable compensation system is an effective way for enterprise retains talent,is also the realization of the sustainable healthy development of enterprises.At present,our traditional manufacturing industry,facing great pressure,especially the instrument manufacturing enterprises,whether it is foreign to the environment,or in the rapidly changing,want to in the fierce market invincible on the way to enhance the enterprise’s human resources management,especially the salary management level,only in this way can stimulate staff initiative,enthusiasm for work.But at present our country still has a lot of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,is characterized by extensive management,especially not paid attention to the salary system,unreasonable design,enterprises all kinds of talents loss,low management efficiency,seriously affected the survival,development and expansion of enterprises.Under the guidance of the incentive theory,this paper takes the W company as the research object,the main use of the literature research,case analysis,field investigation and comparative research to a series of analysis and diagnosis of the current implementation of enterprise salary system,the short board and shortcomings,and these problems are analyzed.To find the causes of these problems,and design related theory to construct the company salary system optimization plan and plan implementation safeguard measures with the help of the salary system.In the first chapter,firstly,the compensation and diagnosis are defined,the compensation system and the optimization of the company to carry out the relevant theory,compensation system,optimization of the significance,is proposed in this paper is based on the theory of what,how to carry out the.In the second chapter introduces the basic situation of W company,including the company overview,human resources and the status of the current staff salary composition.In order to have a better understanding and appreciation of the study,W company has become the research object of this topic,the thorough enterprise to conduct a comprehensive investigation on it,especially the salary system of the enterprise,find out the reasons of the main problems existing in the salary system and the problem.In the third chapter and the fourth chapter on the basis of the analysis of the problems,the paper puts forward the principles of the optimal design of the compensation system and the implementation of the compensation system optimization scheme.Finally,the research conclusions and prospects for future research are put forward.
