Abstract/Summary:
The pressure on urban traffic has been increased,along with the development of economy and the increase of population.In order to alleviate traffic pressure,subway has already been become an important transport medium in people’s daily life.Tunnel construction has entered a peak period,accompanying with the problems of tunnel quality.Nowadays,shield method has occupied dominant position in tunnel construction methods.And shield tunnel is paved with loops composed of segments along the tunnel axis direction,using segment linings as permanent supporting structure.That is to say,the quality of segments and segments rings determine the quality of the whole product.Segment detection is an important technical method to control the quality of segments and segments rings in the construction process.Detection information process slowly and are not sharing,because artificial methods are still used for Segment detection.Integrated management of detection information has gradually become a kind of demand and trends by using information technology.By analyzing the keys of segments’ quality management,the segment detection information at various stages of the whole segment construction was collected,and the tunnel design axis coordinate calculation,wedge quantity optimization,etc.were demonstrated,which laid the foundation for tunnel axis and segments modeling in BIM.Then,segment detection information was expressed and extended based on the IFC standard model system.And detection information modeling was established based on IFC standards,The model adopts the mechanism of neutral data segment detection information expression,which can integrate the BIM and segment detection information and as the database of segment detection information sharing platform,it,for exchanging and sharing information and guarantee the quality of the tunnel.Finally,taking Sanyang Road tunnel as an example,tunnel segment detection information sharing platform was built.On the platform,information exchanging between participants and information database was realized,so information sharing among all participants was achieved,and the efficiency and quality of the detection work could be improved.
