In the area of vibration control,at present lots of kinds of dampers has been applied to the structure,but there are shortcomings more or less in practice,such as a limited range,using loss,damping force is not enough because of space limitation.The biggest advantage of the electromagneticinertial damper this article study is that it can provide enough damping force because of the action of flywheel,and further energy dissipationgenerate is generated by electromagnetic interaction.At home and abroad research on the damper is relatively less,so the paper studies on the theory of this kind of damper based on the situationt,then design and performance test according to the theory,finally the damper isolation simulation analysis was carried out.The main content has the following three aspects:1.The damper can be seen as two parts of inertial damping and electromagnetic damping.deduce the damper damping force calculation formula F =3326x(5)+6869x(5)(5).The formula shows that damping force is composed of speed related type and acceleration related type damping force.The coefficient of speed related type is related to stator and rotor,and coefficient of acceleration related type is related to inertia wheel.2.A small electromagnetic inertial damper is developed according to the theory of the damper and then conduct performance test.Experiments show that the damper has the largest damping force of 5.12 kN when frequency of displacement excitation is 0.75 Hz and amplitude is 30 mm.The electromagnetic inertial damper which is designed on the basis of inertial damper can make the biggest output increased by 25% or so.3.Conduct the seismic isolation simulation analysis of four floors steel frame model by sap2000 software.Analyze structure response under the action of seven seismic waves.The analysis shows that the structure response when electromagnetic inertial damper and lead rubber bearing used in parallel form is smaller 25% than the structure response when the lead rubber bearing using alone.Shaking table test results show that effect when the damper used in parallel with the optimized isolation can be better 20% or so.So the damper and lead rubber bearing used in parallel form has better vibration isolation effect in vibration isolation structure. |
